Our Affiliate Relationships
Maximum Fitness NZ operates as an affiliate for various online casino and pokies operators. When you click on links to these casinos from our website and complete sign-ups or deposits, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.
How Commissions Are Earned
We generate revenue through referral fees paid by online pokies and casino operators featured on maximumfitness.nz. These commissions are paid directly by the operators and do not increase your costs or affect your gameplay experience.
Editorial Independence
Our affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial reviews, rankings, or recommendations. We evaluate all online pokies operators based on objective criteria including:
- Game quality and variety
- Licensing and regulatory compliance
- Player safety and security measures
- Customer support quality
- Bonus terms and conditions
- User experience and interface
Our rankings reflect our honest assessment, regardless of affiliate commission rates.
Identifying Affiliate Links
Affiliate and sponsored links are clearly identified on our site through:
- "Affiliate Link" or "Sponsored" labels near casino names and buttons
- Disclosure statements in individual casino reviews
- Visual indicators on call-to-action buttons directing to casino sign-ups
NZ Compliance
This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Ethics and the Fair Trading Act 2020 (NZ). We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest representation of our affiliate relationships.
Your Responsibility
While we strive to provide accurate information, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before gambling. Please:
- Verify operator licensing through the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA)
- Review terms and conditions directly with the casino operator
- Gamble responsibly and within your means
- Use available gambling support services if needed
